Refund Policy

SparkOpsLabs subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods or unused time.

When we will review a refund

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
  • Billing errors such as incorrect plan amounts.
  • Service access issues that prevented you from using the product for a meaningful portion of a billing period and that we could not resolve.

How to request a refund

Email us through the Contact page with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within a reasonable time.
