Information we collect

• Submitted content. Text and documents you paste or upload into our tools (FinePrint AI, ScamLens, BillBreakdown) for analysis.
• Account information. Your name, email, password (stored as a one-way hash), and subscription status.
• Usage data. Aggregate information about how you interact with the service, such as analysis counts and tool usage.
• Payment information. Handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.

How we use information

• To generate the analyses you request and to save them to your dashboard.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To contact you about your account or important service updates.

Important: do not submit highly sensitive information

Please do not submit information such as full government identification numbers, complete payment card numbers, account passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal information. Redact sensitive details before pasting.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete saved analyses from your dashboard at any time. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.
