Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your SparkOpsLabs Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.

What happens when you cancel

• Your subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current billing period.
• Future billing stops immediately — your card will not be charged again.
• You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Your saved analyses remain available, but Pro-only features become locked when your access ends.

Re-subscribing

You can re-subscribe at any time from the Pricing page.
